 Temple Grandin




 The American Farm Bureau Federation On January 11, 2015 

 presented its highest honor, the Distinguished Service Award to

Dr. Temple Grandin who has dedicated her life to improving animal welfare.

She is one of the most successful persons in the world with autism.

Dr. Grandin is a professor of animal science at Colorado State University

 and continues to lecture and bring awareness to autism.  

She is the author of several books,

 two have appeared on the New York Times best-seller list; 

 Animals Make us Human   and  Different Not Less. 




In 2010 HBO made a movie  Temple Garndin  the story of her life.
